Refund and Returns Policy

Our orders are fulfilled by external manufacturers, such as Printify. We have therefore adopted their refund and cancellation policy.

Printify and Cancellations

An order can be canceled before it’s sent to production. If the product is in production, data and money have already been transferred to the Print Provider.

We will attempt to cancel the order (for a refund). However, there are no guarantees once an item has entered the production process. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order.

Printify and Refunds

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

If a product has arrived damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, Printify offers a refund (or free replacement, including shipping) of the damaged item.

Please contact us (Futile Entombment) as soon as possible and we will advocate on your behalf with Printify. Please contact us no later than 30 days (domestic orders) or 45 days (international orders) of the damaged product delivery.

As mentioned, we don’t require sending back faulty or damaged items. If one of these unfortunate issues does pop up, all we need is photo proof.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
